25. OLD BAY SHRIMP SCAMPI

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1 pound raw peeled, deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons dairy free margarine
- 1 lemon, halved and sliced thinly
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine flour and Old Bay seasoning.
- Toss the shrimp in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet *affiliate link over medium high heat.
- Saute minced garlic in the oil until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the shrimp and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the white wine and lemon juice, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add lemon slices and margarine, and cook until melted.
- Toss pasta with the shrimp and sauce mixture.
